A few years ago, while working my PhD dissertation, I found myself overburdened by the intricate world of academic research and writing. My daily routine involved delving into a plethora of books and articles, extracting their essence, and weaving them into the tapestry of my own scholarly narrative. To manage this colossal task, I embraced Scrivener, a tool renowned for its organizational prowess. Alongside, Zotero became my repository for managing references and citations, while Evernote served as a hub for my non-academic musings, some of which eventually found their way to Blogger.
Fast forward to the present, it suddenly occurred to me that, buried within the archives of my past work might be seeds of ideas, ripe for further exploration, or perhaps, I was simply yearning for a nostalgic journey through my intellectual past. However, this quest hit a roadblock. My once-trusted companion, Scrivener, had become inaccessible, its license expired, backup file structure corrupted and my meticulously structured projects had degraded into a labyrinth of RTF files.
